Tomislav B. Stojković was born in Priština on September 20, 1957. After completing grammar school education at his birthplace, he enrolled at the Pristina Faculty of Law wherefrom he graduated in 1981 as valedictorian of his class.  Upon graduation, he completed his internship as a junior clerk at the Commercial Court and Municipal Court in Pristina over the period 1982 to 1983.  He passed the bar exam in 1984.

He completed postgraduate studies at the Priština Faculty of Law, Department of International Law and International Relations with distinction and obtained his LL.M in international law in 1990.

From 1984 to 1992, he has served at the Priština Faculty of Law first as a teaching assistant and then as a lecturer in public international law at the Department of International Law. During his research and teaching work, he was awarded a Dutch Government scholarship intended for the public international law course held in 1991 at the Hague Academy of International Law. In addition, he benefited, in professional and educational terms, from a study stay at the European Bureau of the UN in Geneva.

During his service at the Priština Faculty of Law from 1990 to 1993, he was appointed as a deputy director-general of the Kosovo and Metohia Electricity Supply Industry  responsible for legal and general affairs.

He worked as a solicitor from 1993 to 2010, when he was appointed a Constitutional Court Judge. He is married and lives in Belgrade.

He was appointed Judge of the Constitutional Court in July 2010. At the Constitutional Court, he was appointed as a member of the Administrative Law Board for a three years’ term, and as a member of the Civil Law Board for another three years’ term. Subsequent to serving on the boards, he was appointed as a member of the Commission for Organisational and Financial Matters.

In the European Conferences of Constitutional Courts at Yalta in 2013, in Yerevan in 2014, and in Baku in 2018, as well as at the regional conferences in Podgorica in 2015 and 2016, he took part presenting his papers. Since 2012, he has been regularly invited to participate with an obligatory written paper in the International Congress for International Criminal Law of the Faculty of Law, Lomonosov University, and participated in the plenary sessions of the Congress. He participated at the international law conference of the Ural State University in Yekaterinburg, in February 2019.

He is a member of the Managing Board of the Criminal Law Association of Serbia, in the gatherings of which he presents his papers. He also takes part in the Kopaonic School of Natural Law, presenting his papers. He is the author of several papers in the field of international public, international, and constitutional law.

He can speak, read and write in French and Russian, and can use also English and German.

His judicial function ended on 27 Јuly 2019, when his term of office expired.
