Judge Stanka Milanovic, LLM
Born in Koš (Istok), Kosovo and Metohija in 1948. She graduated from the Priština Faculty of Law in 1971 where she also received her LLM in 1980. She passed her bar exam in 1994. She originally worked as a lecturer in Family, Inheritance and Civil Procedural Law at the Priština Faculty of Law. Serving as senior adviser at the Republican Scientific Society, and later at the Republican Secretariat for Science and Education, she performed the most complex statutory-legal tasks. She has been Deputy Republican Public Prosecutor for over 12 years.
She was appointed as Constitutional Court Judge in November 2007.
